Fourth Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI) inaugurated by Tata Power along with the Tata Power Community Development Trust. It is a centre for power plant skills at Mundra to provide increased access to its courses to the members of disadvantaged sections of the society.
This institute is under CSR initiatives of Tata Power and was established in 2015, with a dual motive i.e. to empower youth and others with employable skills, especially in the Power and allied sectors as well as to address the skill gap challenge faced by the Industry. This initiative has benefited more than 1500 people till date.
