Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) gets appreciation in Bhopal, MP Alok Sanjar aims to make it world leader in Skill Development

Bhopal : Member of Parliament, Alok Sanjar visited Centre for Research and Industrial Staff Performance (CRISP) and appreciated its skill development training being imparted to the youth to make them employable. Alok Sanjar, Member of Parliament, Bhopal assured that he will try his best to get the maximum support for CRISP from Central as well as State government, that will make CRISP a world leader in Skill Development.

He stated that he will extend his full support in setting up Renewable Energy training facilities. He said “I am sure that CRISP’s employment linked training programmes in the field of Renewable Energy will enable the unskilled youth to attain the necessary skill sets and pave the way for India’s economic growth.” He mentioned that his top priority is to create sustainable development through skill training of the youth of Village Tara Sewania. He said that the vision of Prime Minister Narendra Modi is that every youngster should come out of college with some skills in his or her hand.

On the occasion, Sanjar also visited the facilities of CRISP. “Initiatives and support by Institute like CRISP will surely give an impetus to skill development among unemployed and job seeking youth and also stress on the important role that corporate social responsibility plays in helping to realize the national mission of comprehensive growth and empowerment of the deprived sections of society,” he further added.

Mr. Mukesh Sharma, CEO, CRISP said “it’s high time that we realize the need to fill the glaring gap between what is taught in institutions and the actual industry requirements in terms of skilled man power. CRISP initiative focuses on training the candidates thus significantly increasing their employability status through job oriented professional skill training.” COO, Dr. Shrikant Bansal and other senior officers of CRISP were also present at the occasion.
