Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council signed MoU with Bhartiya Mahila Bank to facilitate loans to skill certified youth

On the occasion of International Women Day, to celebrate Womanhood, Beauty and Wellness Sector Skill Council (B&WSSC)  Celebrating tied up with a financial institution ‘Bhartiya Mahila Bank (BMB)’ with an intend to facilitate easy loan to skilled and certified candidates who wish to start as an entrepreneur.

Council team believes that this alliance will reduce the gender inequality. We are proud to support the UN mission ‘HeForShe’ to empower women and girls and to create condition for equality, Human dignity worldwide.

These tie-ups will encourage training, counselling and skill development of women through lending by BMB which is in line with Make in India programme, the bank said.

BMB also signed an MoUs with the Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE) to celebrate International Women’s Day.

BMB Executive Director SM Swathi said it is important to support women entrepreneurship for the growth of the country. BMB disburses loan to 1000 women entreprenuers Bharatiya Mahila Bank (BMB) disbursed loans to 1000 women entrepreneurs across the country today. The bank offers special discount to women entrepreneurs and women customers, she added.
