Assam Government initiated for skill development of employees at DC office

Dibrugarh (Assam) : A five-day modern office skill development training programme for second and third category employees of the Deputy Commissioner’s office and other related departments was formally inaugurated here.

Addressing the inaugural function Additional Deputy Commissioner Shobhan Gowala, in presence of ADC Ankur Bharali, stated that in the age of internet this training would help in speedy dispensation of pending files and other office works together with promotion of work skill of the employees.

Additional Deputy Commissioner Ankur Bharali said that after undergoing the training, the employees with better skill and efficiency would be able to extend their services to the public.

As per the training programme, the employees will be provided training by different resource persons on matters like preparation of official notes and drafts, process of allocation of work to any firm or person on contractual basis , rules and regulations of presentation of budget , treasury rules, pension rules, official letters, allocation of tender,  and the role of employees in maintaining a healthy office environment.
