DDUGKY and Aspiring Minds invites Skills Trainers for Skill India Fellowship

Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Grameen Kaushalya Yojana (DDU-GKY) and Aspiring Minds cordially invite you to be a part of Aspiring Minds Skill India Fellowship aimed at recognizing and awarding vocational skills trainers across India. Please join us in this movement where we discover and celebrate excellence in skill training to ensure enhanced aspirations and achievements.

Aspiring Minds is world’s largest employability assessment company. Founded by alumni of MIT, IIT and Harvard, it does more than 2 million assessments annually across India, USA, China, Middle East and Philippines. They are innovation partners with NSDC and Rural Skills Division, MoRD and work with multiple Sector Skill Councils to certify candidates for PMKVY and DDU-GKY.

Eligibility Criteria:
— Candidate should be a current trainer in either of the following eight sectors:
* Tourism/Hospitality
* Electronics/IT/Hardware
* Construction
* Automobile/Automotive Components
* Healthcare
* Logistics
* Retail
* Apparel
— Candidate should be an Indian National
— Candidate should be currently working with minimum two years of teaching experience in any registered institution/PIA.

Awards: The top 5 trainers for each of the 8 sectors will be awarded.
— 1st Prize: INR 50,000
— 2nd Prize: INR 40,000
— 3rd Prize: INR 30,000
— 4th and 5th Rankers: Consolation Prize
The award ceremony will be held in the National Capital New Delhi in presence of skilling and industry leaders.

Selection Procedure: There will be an online test followed by in-person interviews and assessment.
