Warangal Urban: Minister for IT and Municipal Administration and Urban Development (MAUD) K T Rama Rao will inaugurate regional centre of Telangana Academy for Skill and Knowledge (TASK) near Adalat centre in Hanamkonda on Saturday.
The Minister will arrive here around 9 am and interact with the local leaders about the Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s scheduled visit on October 20 before inaugurating the TASK centre.
Later, the Minister will attend the programme arranged at the auditorium of the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Warangal, where the Memorandums of Understanding (MoU) will be inked between TASK and several companies. KTR will also interact with students on skill development programme on the occasion.
Speaking to media, Warangal West MLA D Vinay Bhaskar, who strived to set up the TASK centre here, said that the Minister would sign the MoUs with Medha Servo Drives Pvt. Ltd and English Strokes.com (learn spoken English through cricket) on behalf of the TASK during the session at NIT.
The Minister is also scheduled to review the development works with the officials of the Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation (GWMC) and district Collector at Collectorate along with Deputy Chief Minister Kadiam Srihari at the conference hall at Warangal Urban Collector.
Prior to the review meeting, KTR will visit the site of the textile park in Geesugonda mandal on the outskirts of Warangal city as CM KCR is scheduled to lay foundation for the textile park on October 20.
