Thirvanthapuram : KUDUMBASHREE, State Poverty Eradication Mission is implementing DDUGKY in Kerala. Kudumbashree through its Expression of Interest Notification No. 6121/2017/M-skills/KSHO invites applications from the interested Project Implementing Agencies (PlAs) under DDU-GKY project to allot the target of skilling around 9,000 youth. Interested PIAs having PRN allotted from Ministry of Rural Development, may apply online on the website http://ddugky.gov.in along with the non-refundable requisite fee of Rs.25,000/- Details for filling up online application form and deposit of fees is available in Notification No.69/2015 dated 17-Oct-2015. Applicant PIA should read the Guidelines and Manual of standard operating Procedures (SOP) carefully before filling up the application form which is available on website www.ddugky.gov.in
Under DDU-GKY project,agencies which can train and place candidates according to the skill gap existing in different sectors are encouraged to apply Captive employers/industries who can commit assured placements are encouraged to apply under this project. It is to be noted that the agency applying for the DDU-GKY project shall bear the expenses for undertaking project appraisal by Kudumbashree The appraisal of the Proposals shall be carried out on the basis of Notification No 20/2017
Conditions
1. 30 % courses should be long term. in nature (more than 1152 hours)
2. 7O % training should be residential in nature
Agencies who can run the courses of NCVT and SSC Listed in DDUGKY website may apply for this project. An indicative list of sector/courses is given below,

Agencies are required to submit the hard copies of the proposals arong with the complete set of supporting documents addressed to the Executive Director, KUDUMBASHREE, State Poverty Eradication Mission,2nd froor, TRRDA Rehabilitation Building, Chalakkuzhy
Road, Medical college, Thiruvananthapuram -695011, Kerala, lndia on or before 20thApril 2018 5 PM. The application portal is available throughout the year. However, the project appraisal of the applications received shall be undertaken in batches, as decided by Kudumbashree, and the remaining applications if any shall be considered for appraisal only if Kerala has unfinished targets under DDU-GKY project. The decision of undersigned will be final in this regard.
