Position: Center Manager
Vacancies: 5
Location: Ahmedabad- Vadaj, Ahmedabad-Maninagar, Surat, Sarguja, Bhuj

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate, Post Graduate (Preferable)
Experience: Should have 5 years experience in managing a training center in Skill / Education domain

Skills required: 
— Well Mannered and Team Player
— Good Convincing skills
— Good Oral and Written Communication in English
— Student Friendly and Service Oriented
— Target oriented, respect deadlines
— Self –driven and Pro Active
— Honour commitments with high ethical and work standards
— Should be comfortable working in Microsoft Office

Roles and Responsibilities:
— The Centre Manager is responsible for planning and executing the courses offered by the Centre;
— Responsible for Sourcing, Training and Placement of the students;
— Responsible for MIS as per requirement of various projects;
— Should be able to adapt with project deliverable as required;
— Should be able to achieve month on month targets for mobilization, training and placement with the help of team;
— Should be able to guide and motivate the team to achieve desired results;
— Should be able to maintain Centre Account records and manage inventories;
— Responsible for centre upkeep and infrastructure requirement.

Remuneration: Salary range in this position is commensurate to industry standards and will be determined based upon the experiences and fixed as per the HR policies of the organization.
