Position:Â Program Coordinator
Location:Â Purulia, Bengal, India
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master in Social Work from a reputed college/university
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in relevant field
Skills required:
— Ability to communicate and supervise
— Ability to prepare reports, documentation, basic data entry, in both hard and soft copies, computer skills.
— Knowledge of English, Bengali and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities:
— General office administration
— Take care of business communication with external/internal officials and agencies
— Facilitate community development activities
— Assist and coordinate with academic institutions
— Establish rapport and relationship with community members
— Assist in smooth running of vocational training centers and help the field workers in mobilization
— Assist and coordinate with various government agencies and organizations
— Update and maintain records any archiving system
— Track and monitor the progress of various projects of the organization
— Promote and safeguard the interest of the organization
— Maintain proper documentations and distribution to the concerned agencies
— Act as a focal point between the organization and other external sponsors/ organization/related agencies to promote the affair of the organization
— Prepare monthly plan of activities and cash flow
— Prepare monthly report to be shared with the line manager
Remuneration:Â INR 12,000
