Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Education: MBA Finance
Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience of working both in corporate sector and Government sector. Preference to professionals with international work experience.
- Interpersonal Skills: Leadership, Strategic Negotiation, Motivation, Political and cultural awareness, Communication – Oral & Written, Decision making, Trust building, Conflict management, Coaching,
- Technical skills: Preparing Annual budgets and strategic road maps, Ms – Office (word, excel and powerpoint)
Job Overview: As a part of the Leadership / Management team, the Advisor will actively participate in strategy formation, advise on Mobilization/ Management of finances and development of a high level road map to enable make decisions related to strategies/ finance such that the initiatives and activities of APSSDC scale up to deliver the vision 2020 mandate.
