Position: Electrical Skills Trainer

Location: Khoda Colony, Delhi

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduation such as B.Tech Diploma or ITI in Electrical
Experience:
— 1-3 years’ experience in skill development training program
— Experience in teaching and mobilization of students will be given preference. Certificate in training and development will be added advantage.

Skills required:
— Ability to mobilization of youth for skill development program
— Ensure to provide 6-month class room training and practical to the trainees and explore the placement opportunity of the trained trainees,
— Ability to track the students after placement and updation of MIS and database of the center
— Good documentation, computer, communication skills, Strong analytical and training skills
— Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments

Remuneration: INR 25,000/month (depends on salary history)

ANK is a Hindi word which means “Digit” in English. The journey of ANK as a registered NGO began in 2004. ANK was established to provide education to the underprivileged children, to build better lively hood opportunities for the rural and underprivileged urban youth, to enrich quality health services for adolescent girls and women.

Since its establishment as a NGO in Delhi, ANK has grown both in scope and in geographical coverage. More than 20,000 children have benefited from our learning program for the out-of-school children. Through our health programs, we have touched the lives of more than 40000 underprivileged families. Our endeavor has been to increase the access of ICT (Information and Communication Technology) among the underprivileged children and youth.
