Educational Qualification:Â B.Ed in English
Roles and Responsibilities:
— To contribute to the preparation of training calendar for the year and to ensure it is followed
— To systematically prepare for and conduct training for teachers on Aseema’s education approach
— To guide teachers in making of educational material and teaching aids as per the requirement of the class
— To demonstrate teaching methodologies to the teachers by working directly with the children
— To observe classes of teachers and give feedback to ensure effective implementation of training
— To participate in formal and informal assessments of teachers to determine the effectiveness of the training
— To collaborate with the Asst. Head Teacher, understand training needs of all teachers and give regular feedback
— To participate in preparation of Education Manuals as directed by the Head, Internal Training
