Organization: The Association of People with Disability (APD)

Position: Trainer
Age Preference: 25-35 years

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduation / post graduation in any stream, preferably in skill Development / B.Ed / MSW / MA or equivalent degree
Experience: 1-2 years Experience in life skills training / livelihood / skills development of youths or Fresher will be consider basis on determination (First priority on Experience candidate)

Skills required: 
— Excellent Communication skills both in written & verbal of Kannada and Demonstrate good teaching practice at JRT
— Basic computer and Manageable English skills
— Language – Preferably Kannada & English

Other requirements:
— Preferably person with disability with basis on determination.
— Only Men & Conduct Trainings on life skills for youth with disabilities in the residential
— Good knowledge on residential activities
— Preferably unmarried
— Willing to learn Indian sign language
— Willing to stay in residential at 24 hour & travel to outside of campus basis on requirement
