Position: Manager Training

Location: New Delhi

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Work or Masters in relevant field
Experience: Minimum 5 years experience in training and development of training module/curriculum

Skills required:
— Good communication and interpersonal skills.
— Written and Spoken communication skills in Hindi and English are must
— Good understanding of English language both written and spoken.
— Good administration, logistic and financial skills.
— Detailed understanding of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Position Overview: The position requires the holder to be able to work effectively and efficiently unsupervised. The selected candidate must be able to plan and manage their own time effectively. The holder must exercise a strong work ethic and take responsibility for his/her own actions. This position requires travel all over India and a high degree of flexibility with respect to working hours.

Roles and Responsibilities:
The core responsibilities of this position will be to assist the delivery of training to Government stakeholders, NGOs and other organizations/institutions across India to support the future development of training on non-institutional alternative care.
— Develop, implement, and monitor training programs on alternative care especially foster care.
— Conduct orientation sessions on non-institutional alternative care
— Create brochures and training materials to conduct the training to Government stakeholders and NGO partners
— Develop multimedia visual aids and presentations.
— Create testing and evaluation processes.
— Prepare and implement training budget.
— Evaluate needs of Centre and plan training programs accordingly.
— Conduct performance evaluations.
— Build solid cross-functional relationships.
— Provide logistical support, course development, delivery, evaluation, process measurements, and cost management.
— Plan the implementation and facilitation of activities and events, budget spending, material production and distribution, and other resources to ensure that operations are managed within authorized budgets.
— Assist with the development of strategic plans.
— Supervise technical training for staff.
— Analyzes training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
— Review and evaluate training and apprenticeship programs for compliance with government standards.
— Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training and dealing with Government and NGOs.
— Prepare training budget for department or organization
— Responsible for the procurement, selection, design and creation of training aids, classroom learning resources and other equipment.
— Responsible for procurement of services for training packages and delivery to include: consultants; venues; flights; accommodation; catering and vehicles.
— Responsible for management of all training equipment and aids to include: maintenance, serviceability, safe storage, safe transport, inventory and accountability.

> Administration
— In conjunction with the Training Manager & Training Officer develop and implement lessons identified / lessons learned processes and recording systems
— In support of the training team maintain the training database and assist in the production of training statistics and reports as required

>Other Responsibilities
— Any other reasonable duty as requested by line management.

Remuneration: Between 30,000 to 50,000 per month
