Position: Director – AAETI

Location: Nimli, Alwar, Rajasthan

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Post Graduate
Experience: Aat least 15-20 years of experience in the field of training or academia

Job Profile: The candidate must have experience of designing, marketing, organising, conducting and leading training programmes. Experience in training administration and quality assurance is a must. Extra credit would be given to a candidate with experience in conducting trainings in the field of environment management, sustainable development, energy, climate change, water etc.

A number of teams in CSE will oversee the operations of the schools and their training programmes – the selected candidate would be expected to coordinate their activities, oversee the implementation of training, help market the training programmes and assure quality of trainings.

Remuneration: Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.

Anil Agarwal Environment Training Institute (AAETI) is a training and innovation Centre to build capacity and find appropriate and affordable solutions to some of the most pressing problems faced by developing countries, from climate change, air pollution and urban mobility to water and waste management, sustainable industrialization, urban growth and environmental degradation.

AAETI is an initiative of the Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), one of Asia’s leading public interest institutions in the field of environment and development.

AAETI is located at Nimli near Alwar (Rajasthan), about 100 km from Delhi. It is a ‘green’ residential facility spread over 10 acres of land. It is likely to be fully operational by May 2017.

AAETI will conduct its courses through six Schools of Learning. The faculty which will lead these Schools will comprise of some of the foremost experts in their fields – from India and abroad.
