Position: Trainers (Retail and Sales, BPO, Electrical, Hospitality and Communicative English and IT)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (Bangalore rural, Gulbarga, Hassan, Hospet, GKF, Nanjangadu, HD Kote, Malur Vemgal Bijapur-Bagewadi in Karnataka state)

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: 
— ITI, Diploma and degree in relevant domains
— MBA or any other relevant master’s degree
— Certificate in training and development will be added advantage.
Experience: 1-3 years experience in skills development program, teaching experience will be given preference

Skills required: 
— Must be highly motivated with an ability to take ownership
— Good documentation, computer, communication skills
— Strong analytical and training skills
— Ability to work in both team-oriented and self-directed environments
— Travel should not be the constraint
— Committed

Roles and Responsibilities: 
— Provide technical training in the specified domain to underprivileged youth for employability
— Mobilize, conduct road shows, outreach activity for drop out unemployed youth from within the community where the center is set up for the training program understand the existing content of the curriculum and deliver it effectively in the classroom
— Organize for On Job Trainings/industry exposure visit for the youth. Strengthening network and inviting Industrial experts for guest lectures.
— Ensure the entire technical content designed is delivered in the classroom within the three months of training for youth. Ensure quality parameters are met.
— Conduct internal assessments of youth on a weekly basis as per the assessment pattern set up for the domain.
— Network with the industry and tie up for placement opportunities and ensuring placement for the youth trained.
— Conducting soft skill training including preparing the youth for work as per the industry requirement
— Coordinate for industry specific, subject specific guest lectures
— Coordinate with the state placement coordinator in facilitating the post placement survey.
— Coordinate with center head to ensure the required lab facilities to provide quality training.
— Facilitating placement for the candidates in collaboration with the team members

Remuneration: Based on previous salary history/ negotiable for deserving person
