Trainer– Customer Relationship Manager (No. of vacancies: 01)
Essential Qualification: Graduate with 1 year of experience in CRM domain and 1 year of experience as a Teacher
Essential Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the domain & 1 year of experience in Teaching
Competencies:
- Communication Skills with Public addressing skills for mobilization.
- Training Skills
- Ability to motivate youths for the training.
- Ability to generate leads for placements.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilization-To mobilize underpriviledged youths between 18 to 28 years.
- Training-To train them in the specific domain and to make the candidates job ready.
- Placement-To place the trained candidates in the relvent industry.
- Tracking- To track the placed candidates
Trainer – Hospitality (No. of vacancies: 01)
Essential Qualification: Certificate in Domain with 5 years of Experience OR Diploma in Hotel Management with 5 years of Experience OR Degree in Hotel management with 5 years of Experience.
Essential Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in the industry.
Competencies:
- Ability to conduct practical and theoretical Class
- To motivate the students for placements.
- Ability to mobilize the candidates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Mobilize -To mobilize under privileged youths between 18 to 28 years.
- Training – To train them in the specific domain and to make the candidates job ready.
- Placement – To place the trained candidates in the relevant industry.
- Tracking-To track the placed candidates
