Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
— Diploma or ITI in relevant domains
— Graduate for CRM-Voice
Experience:
— 1-3 years relevant experience in the domains including the industrial experience
— Experience in skills development program in mobilization, quality of training and placement
— Experience in NGO in teaching the domain/subject will be given preference
Skills required:
— Ability to provide 3-month class room training and practical
— Capable to explore the placement opportunity of the trained trainees.
— Knowledge of tracking of placed trainees
— Good communication skills/ soft skills in English and Hindi
— Good documentation, computer, communication skills and strong analytical skills
— Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
— Travel should not be constraint.
Remuneration: Negotiable for the deserving person.
