Position: Trainers (Multiple)
Location: Panchkula, Gurgaon and Delhi
Post-wise Details:
Trainers-Manufacturing (Total 6 positions- Panchkula- 2, Gurgaon- 3 and Delhi -1)
Qualifications and experience
- Diploma in Electrical or B. Tech in Electrical domains
- Manufacturing electrical experience at least for one year
- Experience in basics of electrical work and multi skills manufacturing unit.
- Experience in teaching and mobilization of students will be given preference.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to teach rural youth using curriculum and session plan about the electrical and multiple domains
- Ability to mobilization of rural youth at village and Panchayat level for skill development program,
- Ensure to provide 2/3-month class room training and practical to the trainees and explore the placement opportunity of the trained trainees,
- Good documentation, computer, communication skills
- Strong analytical and training skills
- Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
Trainers- Life Science (Total 6 positions- Panchkula- 2, Gurgaon- 3 and Delhi -1)
Qualifications and experience
- B.Sc in home science or equivalent degree/ diploma
- One-year experience in life skills, gardening, Physical education, health, nutrition
- Experience in skill training program will be given preference
