Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate Degree in Rural Management/ Development Economics/ MBAs exhibiting strong inclination to work in rural areas/ Statistics/ Development Studies/ Rural Development Management/ Social Work/CA/CA-Inter
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age Limit: 35 years
Skills required:
- Analytical skills viz.; micro enterprise viability assessment;
- Understanding and operational management of micro enterprise finance / support;
- Networking skills;
- Working Knowledge of Hindi & English
- Good Documentation Skills;
- Knowledge of statistical analysis tools; MS Office; etc.
- Experience in Govt. Sector (PSU), Social Sector will be preferred;
- Knowledge of local language is essential;

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Directly Responsible for select states for SVEP Implementation; Execution of Plan to facilitate New Enterprise Establishment and Performance improvement / growth of existing enterprises;
- Develop Bench-marking ratios for the Individual Enterprises;
- Develop Growth Plan and also Business Plan for the Individual Enterprises;
- Conduct need based training, module development, Training pedagogy development, base line assessment; market potential study;
- Training of Mentors from the states for Hand-holding CRP – EPs;
- Oversee Implementation and undertake regular Monitoring;
- Analyze performance tracking data from IT Platform;
- Convergence and liaison with key stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness;
- Engage with Planning and Developing Tools and Processes of SVEP implementation
Broad Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide leadership & guidance in SVEP Implementation across States;
- Field based monitoring, guidance and Professional support to Mentors and State Mission;
- Integrate Actions around missing links – knowledge, Incubation and Finance for micro Enterprise Promotion;
- Carry out Demand – Supply Estimation and Market Potential Assessment.
- Engage in Data Analysis; Domain Skill training for Mentors and also ensure performance of Community Cadre for Enterprise Promotion;
- Develop Viable Business Plan, Evolve Community Based Due Diligence methods of Cash Flow Management
- Evolve the Business Plan into next stage of Competition, Capabilities (skill, equipment, time etc.;), Cost & profit, Capital and Environment (license, statutory compliance etc.; )
