Position: Research Associate – Skills Development

Location: New Delhi

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate.

Experience:
— Minimum 1-2 years of working experience with industry and working knowledge of skill development ecosystem.
— Experience of working in any government department/industry association is preferable

Skills required: 
— Primary research: Excellent communication skills to conduct primary research (follow ups with top industry leaders, verify information etc.)
— Secondary research: Well versed with secondary research tools/strategies (google search, organizations website, LinkedIn etc)
— Excellent written and comprehension skills

Roles and Responsibilities:
— Engagement and coordination with various committee members – In order to enhance active participation and support of the members
— Regular research updates – In order to help and facilitate team members to plan various activities of the skill division
— Monitoring and managing online platforms (website, social media activities etc.) – In order to improve FICCI visibility and information dissemination
— Track latest in skill development sector (government decisions, public policy issues, and industry activities) In order to feed content to quarterly newsletter
