Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Masters in Social Science
Experience: 7 to 10 years in development sector (preference will be given those are involve in Child protection)
Skills required:
— Proficiency in MS word, Excel, powerpoint presentations
— Knowledge of English, Bengali and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Responsible for the implementation of the Project supported by Big Lottery Fund and Railway Children as agreed and committed in the project.
— Leading the team and providing appropriate support in implementation of the project.
— Networking with state agencies, NGOs and other relevant stakeholders.
— Ensuring timely reports and communication to the donors.
— Managing & coordinating the residential and outreach programme for the children.
— Monitoring and coordinating the residential, drop-in centre based and the outreach activity.
— Planning and monitoring the Railway Children & Street Invest Budget as per budget guidelines.
— Writing project proposal and report as per organizational requirement.
— Liaison with donors, various placement agency, government and non-government agency, to link youths for employment and skill building programmes.
— Coordinating interns & volunteers from and outside the country.
— Regular liaison with the government & other partners.
— Provide and organizing training for stakeholders and implementing learning of trainings
— Writing monthly/quarterly/Half-yearly or need based report.
— Performing any other jobs as and where required by the organization
— Monitoring the MIS of children.
— Planning & Monitoring budget and monthly expenses and enter the data to HASUS’s Internal Information System
— Management of project staffs- Sitting with the team and accounts on weekly basis on program & financial monitoring
— Conducting job appraisal of the team members
— Attending meetings and maintaining regular communication & support to others programmes.
Remuneration: Rs. 25,000.00 per month
