Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience:Â 5 years hands on experience in a reputed training organiszation regd under NSDC/PMKVY/DDU GKY and conversant with skill related softwares and good communication skills.

— Good knowledge and Hindi and English.
— Good Communication skills and great Leadership skills is critical.
— Ability to work in a multi-cultural/ multi-disciplinary team
— Ability to multi-task and work well in such a team
— Ability to work closely with and participate actively and in a fully co-operative manner as a member of a broader team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Thought leaders on various skill avenues
— Liaison and follow up with Ministry, other State Skill Development Missions, NGOs, CSR orgns for proposal submissions, obtaining approvals as well training mandates and other necessary approvals
— Orient ISTD Team about different Skilling Mandates & Training the Team on Best practices
— Organise training materialsas per curriculum under the mandates.
— Ensure different norms are fulfilled
— Periodial Field visits to ensure proper adherence of norms at different levels.
— Circulate latest happenings in the skill arena across the country.
— Aware of risks and challenges and resolution thereon
Remuneration: INR 6 lakh/annum
