Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification:
— Diploma/BTECH
— Respective qualification as per Sector Skill Council
Experience:
— 5 years hands on experience in Skill Training under NSDC/PMKVY/DDU-GKY
Skills required:
— Good documentation, computer, communication skills
— Strong analytical and training skills
— Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
— Travel should not be constraint.
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Must be SSC(Sector Skill Council) certified
— Minimum 4 years of experience in Training in relevant trades
— Handling students and training as per SOP
— Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills .
— Manage all the documentation work.
— Oversee the MIS work of the batch.
— Ensure batch readiness and timely course completion.
— Should coordinate with placement team for batch placement.
— Maintain database of the trainees
Remuneration: INR 3 lakh/annum
