Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Hotel Management Graduate
Experience: Min 3 years experienced in Front Office and Food & Beverage Department.
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Responsible for creating training tools and operations manuals
— Delivering training programs on hospitality operations and customer service.
— Conducting training classes, demonstrating proper work techniques and practical skills in work settings.
— Have a combination of practical experience, excellent communications skills and a positive customer service attitude
