Post-wise Requirements:
> Manager Program & Operations
Educational Qualification: Master’s degree or Post Graduation Degree in Rural Development / Management / Business Administration/ Commerce / Social Work / Development Studies / Economics / Statistics from a recognized University.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in Planning of Government / semi Government/NGO organization preferably with experience in setting up and managing a new organization and having experience in Government / Skill Development Project.
Skills:
— Proficiency in Hindi and English
— Should be proficient in MS-office
> Manager Placement, Industry Linkage and Convergence
Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in Management/MBA/Post Graduation in Rural Development
Experience: 8 years of experience in industry Association or staff recruitment, training and placement works with state level projects.
> Manager M & E
Educational Qualification: Two years full time Post Graduate diploma/Masters in Computer Science, M.Sc. (Computer Science), B.Tech (Computer Science) or MCA from government recognized institute/university.
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in designing and implementation of MIS and M&E for large development projects.
Remuneration: Remuneration would be INR 80,000 to INR 1,00,000

Terms of Enagagement:
— Contractual recruitment will be made for 3 years from the date of appointment which may be extended
further if required. However, contract may be terminated in case of unsatisfactory service.
— Remuneration is negotiable subject to the qualification and experience.
