Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience:

  • 3-5 years of work experience (private sector/social enterprise/implementation of government schemes)
  • Past experience of working with government agencies, especially at the state level
  • Past experience of working with senior management

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven interest and track record in the area of skill development
  • Management consulting experience preferred but not a must
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project management experience a must
  • Excellent computer skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

Job Description/ Responsibilities:

This position is responsible to coordinate the vocational education project as part of RMSA (Uttarakhand). The consultant will assist RMSA to develop a strategic roadmap to execute the project, coordinate with the field staff monitoring and tracking, manage data collection, coordinate with external parties (NSDC, Sector Skill Councils, Vocational Training Providers, PSSCIVE etc.) for successful delivery of vocational education project under RMSA in the state.
