Position: Office Admin Assistant – District office
No. of Vacancies: 05 ( 1 for each locaiton)
Locations: Yawatmal ( Maharashtra), Barananki ( Uttar Pradesh), Gonda ( Uttar Pradesh), Hazaribag ( Jarkhand), Chatra ( Jarkhand)
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: 12th Pass, preferably in Commerce
Experience: 3-5 years’ experience of administrative work
— Knowledge & experience in computer applications- word, excel
— Work with team spirit and contribute to team building
— Good learning attitude and participatory in approach
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Assist the District Coordinator in maintain and following the accounting & finance policies of MelJol
— Assist the accountant in the finance and office administration department functions effectively and smoothly with the highest standards of service
— Assist District Coordinator maintaining admin related records such as stock registers, attendance registers etc.
— Maintain files for programme and accounts related vouchers/documents with utmost diligence
— Assist District Coordinator in ensuring timely compliance of reporting the transactions to the MelJol Head office
— Maintain basic cleanliness and administrative office maintenance expenses at the district field offices.
