Positions: Associate Project Consultants and SPMU Coordinator ( for Monitoring of projects related to Skills for Livelihood in Punjab )
Type of Job: Contractual. Initial contract will be for one year which can be extended based on performance review and to be co-terminus with the Project period.

Job-wise Details:
SPMU Coordinator ( No. of Vacancies: 01 )
Eligibility:
— Post-graduation in any subject.
— Further, the candidate should have knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
Experience:
— At least 02 years of experience in monitoring rural development projects
— Candidates having experience in areas of skill training would be given preference
Age limit: should be less than 55 years as on 1 May 2017
Key Responsibilities:
— To ensure that appropriate standards of conduct are established and complied with;
— Liasioning with the client and team members;
— To implement, maintain and manage an effective system of controls for smooth implementation of the project.
— To be responsible for reporting and communications to NABCONS Corporate Office, PIAs, PSDM, and MoRD.
— Any other task assigned from time to time.
Remuneration: INR 35,000/month

Associate Project Consultant ( No. of Vacancies: 04 )
Eligibility:
— Graduation in any subject with MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Consultant Management/ Rural Management from a reputed institution. Further, the candidate should have knowledge of MS Office with proficiency in MS Excel & Power Point.
Experience:
— Candidates with at least 1 year work experience in monitoring projects under skill training programs/ rural development programs
— Candidates with relevant work experience in monitoring projects under skill training programs will be preferred
Age limit: should be less than 40 years as on 1 May 2017
Key Responsibilities:
— Appraisal of projects relating to skill training.
— Vetting of documents relating to the projects
— Monitoring of Projects including field visits & inspection.
— Financial monitoring of projects
— Physical verification of placed candidates
— Data Collection, analysis and management of data.
— Support program management
Remuneration: INR 35,000/month
