Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience: 4 – 8 years

Roles and Responsibilities:
— Develop a blueprint and roadmap for smooth takeover of assets FOR USE ONLY from various entities as per laid down and approved guidelines.
— Engagement with National agencies, States, PSUs and any other entities that are offering assets for Skilling mission.
— Facilitating selection procedure to select Training partners for using those assets for carrying out activities as defined by Management NSDC.
— Monitoring the use of such assets and ensure high standards of ethics, compliance, and governance across the board
— Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports to management, entities and other stakeholders
— Provide pre-acquisition input and assistance in due diligence process, including the review of financial and operational assumptions. and supporting the effort of selection of Training partner.
— Model full life cycle analysis for each asset from taking over (for Use Only) through Handing over back to the owner.
— Manage coordination of post Taking over activities and integration of asset into the firm’s portfolio as per laid down guidelines updated from time to time
— Oversee asset Taking over and handing back process
