Position: Program Manager – Training & Facilitation
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana (with frequent travel, as and when required)

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Masters degree in Agriculture/Social Sciences/Natural Resource Management /Sustainable Development/Agribusiness Management/Forest Management/Rural Management or related fields (preferably a Management degree with specialization in the mentioned fields)
Experience: At least 5 years experience of working in the desired field

Skills required: Excellent oral and writing communication skills, very strong analytical skills

Job Description: National Skills Foundation of India invites applications from competent individuals for the position of ‘Master Trainer & Facilitator’ in the Gurgaon office. The objective of the project is to offer support services to training providers to facilitate delivery of relevant and effective trainings to various clientele in rural areas of India.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the training content based on the nature of the training, selected by the training providers or the funders.
  • Train the trainers selected by the training partners of the green college project.
  • Design and Develop teaching material to support training providers.
  • Excellent facilitation of the training to the training providers/FPOs/any other collectives.
  • Based on the above events, evolution of good practices document and share with the members of the incubator (Models of Training)
  • Any other role & responsibility that NSFI delegates as per the evolution of incubator’s project requirements / activities from time to time.

Remuneration: Rs.60,000/- (Commensurate with qualifications and experience)

Context: Realising the critical constraint in providing quality training in rural areas of India by the Training Providers in terms of the absence of support services e.g. course curriculum, trainer, institutional arrangement for certification & accreditation also fund raising. An ‘Incubator for Training Providers’ is envisioned that offers technical support, institutional support and business incubation services for various training providers in the country etc. The recruited manpower is expected to be part of this innovative initiative.
