Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Postgraduate/ MBA-Fresher
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in relevant field
Skills required:
- Good Communication
- Result oriented
- Should have an understanding of skill sector.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to arrange jobs for candidates in various industries
- Network with companies and get the placement tie ups for batches
- Counselling of students during mobilization
- Feedback from Companies on the placed students
- Tracking of Placed students.
- Maintain documentation of all student placement records.
- Motivates students to achieve peak productivity and performance Plans, schedules, and presentations on career development, career skills, and career opportunities.
