Position: Assistant Program Manager
Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
— MSW/BSW/Degree or Diploma in Rural development/ Urban Development/ Community Development/Others from recognized University or Institute.
— Degree/ Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in other streams with demonstrated interest in Development Sector will also be considered.
Experience: Freshers or professionals in initial phase of their career, enthusiastic for career advancement in development sector are encouraged to apply. Minimum one year experience is preferable (not compulsory)
Roles and Responsibilities:
— Assist program manager/lead in key program areas including hiring, training, coaching, preparing plan of action, communicating job expectations, monitoring and reviewing contributions
— Prepare drafts and review program budget. Ensure timely corrections if required
— Team building and management
— Draft proposals to the grant making organizations working in similar areas
— Assist preparing quarterly and annual program reports as per the requirement of the organization and donors
— Act as a liaison between the team, beneficiaries and donors
— Program supervision and monitoring
— Undertake travel to program sites as per requirement
— Organize or facilitate related events
— Provide support on projects that cut across other departments of the organization
— Others as assigned
