Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Education: Graduate, education in relevant field

Experience: 
— 5 years, freshers can also apply
— Experienced development professional in gender studies/ social work background with field-based expertise in health, gender/ VaW/ Panchayati raj institutions, leading a team.
— Experience of working on gender issues

— Computers and conceptual writing

— Willingness to extensively travel

Job Description: The project looks at health sector response to Violence against women and at rural women’s safety in public spaces and its impact on their lives. This is a three-year duration intervention research project in which ICRW is the research partner and SWATI is the field level intervention partner.  The objective is to to develop and validate an innovative evidence-informed model, which fosters freedom from violence and safety for women and girls in rural Gujarat, India.

The project will use gender integrated strategies and leverage ICT to empower women and girls to demand and lead change, while engaging young men as partners. The project will concurrently build capacities of GPs, catalyzing them to respond to SVAWG, thereby positioning public safety for women and girls as a critical component of rural local governance.

Remuneration: Rs 2.5 lakh to 4.5 lakhs per annum ( depending on position)
