Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduation/ Post graduation or MBA /MSW
Experience:
— 1 – 3 years’ experience of training experience in relevant domain under the Skill Development Sector/Corporate Sector.
— Experience in NGO to manage skills development program, teaching experience will be given preference
— Experience in providing 3-month class room training and practical to the trainees, and explore the placement opportunity of the trained trainees, time to time track the placed trainees and updation of MIS and database of the center
Skills required:
— Good documentation, computer, communication skills
— Strong analytical and training skills
— Ability to work in both team oriented and self-directed environments
— Travel should not be constraint.
Remuneration: Negotiable for the deserving person.
