Position: State Project Manager
Location: Patna, Bihar
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
Experience: 5-7 years(In skill development operations: 5 years Mandatory)
Skills required: Prior experience of working with BSDM would be an added advantage, Fluent in English and Hindi
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify Centers/sites and conducting due diligence.
- Set up Centers/sites within project timelines and budgets.
- With assistance from centre trainer,ensure mobilization of candidates according to the set criteria.
- Ensure implementation as per Training Calendar.
- Monitoring,evaluating and reporting on activities as per guidelines.
- Ensure relevant data is shared with HO on regular basis.
- Enroll students for the skill training programs as per the targets.
- Managing staff in BSDM RPL Project.
- Submitting trainer reports on weekly/monthly basis along with salary request.
- Liaise with CREDAI members, government authorities/market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of respective project.
- Coordinate with government, funding agency & partner organization for smooth functioning and prompt payments.
- Ensuring full compliance to laid down Quality systems
- Comply with organizational policies
- Submission of invoices at BSDM.
- Follow up for payments.
- Act as a SPOC for BSDM for RPL project at state level.
Remuneration: INR 30,000 – INR 40,000
