The focus of these trainings will be on orientation and sensitization of Assessors on disabilities and the innovative techniques to facilitate effective and smooth assessment of persons with disability. \nSchedule:\nDay 1 and Day 2: These days focus to assess trainees with a specific disability\, within a workplace setting. This will enable the assessors to make reasonable adjustments and ensuring the persons with the disability is supported in a fair and inclusive way. \nDay 3: Last day of the training focusses on assessment in practice.
