SUMMARY:Training Session on Inclusive Practices for Assessors
DESCRIPTION:Agenda:\nDepartment for International Development (DFID) UK\, in collaboration with Skill Council for Persons with Disability (SCPwD) is organizing a series of Trainings on Inclusive Practices for Assessors. The focus of these trainings will be on orientation and sensitization of Assessors on disabilities and the innovative techniques to facilitate effective and smooth assessment of persons with disability. \nSchedule:\nDay 1 and Day 2: These days focus to assess trainees with a specific disability\, within a workplace setting. This will enable the assessors to make reasonable adjustments and ensuring the persons with the disability is supported in a fair and inclusive way. \nDay 3: Last day of the training focusses on assessment in practice.
