Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5 to 10 yeras in Skills Sector
Skills required: Candidates should have good knowledge of DDU GKY Project, Handled Projects in PMKVY
Job Overview:
- Will be required to handle operations for the Skill Development Domain/Govt. Projects
- Should have knowledge about Tendering/RFPs.
- Should be aware of sourcing Tenders from various sources and filling it online& offline both.
- Should have excellent track record of realizing payment from the Government Organizations.
- Liasoning with Govt. /Central Govt. officials.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Setting up of centers having almost all job roles
- Payment liaison with Govt departments/ funders
- Team hiring and management
- Budgeting and maintaining P&L
- Placements and document collections
- Business development
- Final signing off on centers after checking on the due diligence and audits to ensure project
guidelines are in met - Oversee the mobilization & training functions to ensure right candidates are hired and training is in tune with the job
requirements In Charge of Placement and MIS tracking - Revenue generation through placements
