Ranchi : Jharkhand Skill Development Mission Society (“JSDMS”), a State Level nodal agency established by Government of Jharkhand for promotion of skill development, entrepreneurship & innovation in the state, JSDMS has been entrusted to execute PMKVY 2 scheme in Jharkhand.
In this reference, under Centrally Sponsored State Managed (CSSM) through which 25% of the funds of PMKVY 2016-20 shall be allocated to the States, JSDMS invites the proposals from interested and eligible training providers for submission of proposal for training the physical target allocated for skilling is 57,668 youth from 2017-2020.The eligible empaneled training provider shall implement PMKVY 2016-20 training in identified/proposed sector and job roles across Jharkhand.
In FY 17-18, training will be imparted in the job roles listed in categories 1 and 4, while for the categories of 2 & 3, the state will list additional job roles for training for FY 18-19 & 19-20.
Program quality and implementation will be monitored and evaluated by JSDMS, as per its Quality Standards and Procedures defined in State’s Operations Manual for Centrally Sponsored State Managed Component. Funding pattern will be as per PMKVY 2016-20 guidelines (as amended from time to time)
Duration for Empanelment
The agency will be empaneled for 3 years subject to an Annual performance review. The annual performance review will be strictly based on grading of the center and successful placement of candidates as mandated and adherence to guideline of PMKVY 2016-20 for running the center.
Empanelment of TSPs shall be undertaken for the following sectors (Category 1 & Category 4):

4. Construction
5. Food Processing
6. Furniture & Fittings
7. Plumbing
8. Retail
9. Automotive

13. Electronics and Hardware
14. Telecom
15. Tourism & Hospitality
