Duration: 3 Months (Full-time Internship)
Mode: Hybrid (2 Days In-Office in Gurgaon)
Compensation: Stipend (3k-5k per month) + Performance Bonuses

Key Responsibilities: – Write clear, engaging, and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, articles, social media, email campaigns, and more – Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to develop original content – Convert raw information, press releases, and reports into reader-friendly stories. – Write SEO-optimized headlines and summaries. – Publish content on CMS and update articles when new developments arise. – Meet daily content deadlines and maintain publishing consistency. Required Skills and Qualifications: – Education: Currently enrolled in any year of graduation (Journalism, English, or Mass Comm preferred, but “writing talent” trumps the degree). – Language: Impeccable command of English (Grammar, Punctuation, and Syntax). Proficiency in a regional Indian language is a huge plus. – Research: Ability to research, summarize, authenticate – Tools: Basic familiarity with Google Docs, WordPress (or any CMS), and Grammarly. | Social Media Architect (Growth & Design) | The Mission: Be our visual voice. You own the feed, from the “hook” to the “share.” Key Responsibilities: – Monitoring Indian social media trends (X, Instagram, LinkedIn) daily to find “news hooks” that the startup can jump on. – Planning a weekly grid that balances breaking news, evergreen educational content, and “behind-the-scenes” startup life. – Deciding which story works best as a 5-slide Carousel, a 30-second Reel, or a single-panel Static Post. – Ensuring every post uses the correct brand colors, fonts, and “vibe” so the feed looks cohesive. – Using tools to generate backgrounds or assets quickly, then refining them in Photoshop/Canva. – Creating simple but high-energy Reels or Shorts using CapCut, focusing on fast transitions and “on-beat” captions. – Responding to comments and DMs in the brand’s “voice” within the first 60 minutes of posting. – Using polls, Q&As, and quizzes in Instagram Stories to keep the “follower-to-interaction” ratio high. – Presenting a simple report on which post got the most Saves and Shares (the two most important metrics for media startups). Required Skills and Qualifications: – The “Dual-Brain” Capability: Ability to think analytically (numbers/growth) and creatively (colors/composition) simultaneously. – Tool Mastery: Proficiency in latest available tools for media and visuals. – Copywriting: Ability to write “punchy” captions that stop the scroll. – Speed: In news, a “meme” or “news graphic” is only valuable if it’s posted while the topic is still trending. - AI Co-Pilot: You don’t fear AI; you use it. Whether it’s Midjourney for art, ChatGPT for research, or Perplexity for data—you know how to prompt to win.
II. Eligibility
- College students (Any year) with a “hunger to build.”
- Available for a 3-month commitment.
- Must have your own workstation (Laptop/iPad).
