Centre Head (Skill Development) (No. of vacancies: 01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Overall 5 to 7 yrs and min 2 yrs of managerial experience

Competencies: Having knowledge of NSDC guidelines. Good Administrative Skills, Batch planning, experience in mobilization, writing skills in English and Marathi.

Community Mobilizer (No. of vacancies: 03)

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate (preferably BSW/ MSW)

Experience: Minimum 3 to 8 yrs of experience in Social Sector

Competencies: Knowledge of Skill development courses, trainee mobilization and developmental interventions at village level. Must be able to counsel and engage flexibly with candidates and their families. Good communication skills in Marathi.

Content Writing Executive (No. of vacancies: 01)

Educational Qualification: Graduate or Post Graduate in Mass communication

Experience: 0-3 years of experience

Competencies: Basic knowledge of Advertisement, content writing and branding. Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Marathi. Freshers may also apply.

Trainers (No. of Vacancies: 03)

Educational Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 3 yrs exp in soft skills training

Competencies: Excellent communication skills in English and Marathi (both spoken & written). Proficient with MS office. Retired professional from Logistics industry with knowledge of import –export and documentation process may also apply.
