Job Summary:
The Manager – International Migration and CSR Program will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing initiatives related to skilled workforce migration and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs. This role involves collaboration with international partners, government agencies, and corporate stakeholders to enhance global mobility opportunities and drive impactful CSR projects.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Social Work,
or related fields.
Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in workforce migration, CSR programs, or international partnerships.
- Strong understanding of global workforce trends, migration policies, and CSR regulations.
- Experience in stakeholder management, project implementation, and policy advocacy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- International Migration Programs
- Strategic Planning & Implementation: Develop and execute strategies for international workforce mobility aligned with global labor market trends.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with international employers, government bodies, and embassies to facilitate overseas placements.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to international labor laws, immigration policies, and ethical recruitment standards.
- Candidate Preparation & Support: Design and oversee training programs for candidates on international work culture, skill validation, and documentation requirements.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track migration trends, analyze program effectiveness, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Programs
- CSR Strategy Development: Formulate and implement CSR initiatives in line with organizational goals and sustainability objectives.
- Project Execution & Impact Assessment: Oversee CSR project execution, ensuring measurable social impact and alignment with company values.
- Partnerships & Funding: Identify opportunities for collaborations with NGOs, industry partners, and government agencies to amplify CSR efforts.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to CSR regulations, prepare reports for stakeholders, and communicate program success.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams, including skill development, international relations, and marketing, to create synergy between migration and CSR programs.
- Represent the organization at global forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
