Job Title: Mobilization Executive
Job Overview: The Mobilization Executive (ME) plays a vital role in promoting residential training programs under the “Kalyan Gurukul” and “Kaushal College” brands. The ME will conduct grassroots-level outreach and mobilization in rural Jharkhand to ensure timely admission of candidates into these programs. This includes building networks with key local stakeholders such as village volunteers, Panchayat representatives, and NGOs.
Location: The Mobilization Executive will be assigned two to three neighbouring blocks in Jharkhand, requiring regular travel and field presence across Panchayats and villages.
Eligibility Criteiria:
Education:
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with Jharkhand-based tribal languages (e.g., Santali, Ho).
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Skill Development, Rural Development, Microfinance, or related fields.
- Proven experience mobilizing rural youth (male and female) for training or livelihood programs.
- Demonstrated experience in rural sales and effective stakeholder communication.
Skills and Competences:
- Strong commitment to rural development and community engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with vocational training and skill development ecosystem.
- Competence in stakeholder management (e.g., local government, CBOs, NGOs).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a network of 10 to 15 village volunteers and other mobilization channels.
- Mobilize rural youth to meet monthly targets for both Kalyan Gurukuls and Kaushal Colleges.
- Support volunteers and partners with training, tools, and marketing material.
- Monitor daily field activities and performance of mobilization channels.
- Strategically address weak channels to ensure consistent lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain detailed village-wise databases of potential candidates.
- Liaise with government departments (BDO, DWO, JTDS, JSLPS), PREJHA Head Office, and other key stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports to the reporting manager and MIS team.
Remuneration: Rs 30,000 to Rs 40,000 per month (CTC), which includes performance-based incentives and travel allowance. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and suitability for the role.
