Job Title: Special Needs Vocational Training & Administration Manager
Location: Andheri East Mumbai, Maharashtra
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: A degree in Autism/ Intellectual Disability will be preferable.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of disabilities
Skills & Competencies:
- Should have good communication skills in English and Hindi
- Should be adept in handling various Microsoft Office products ( Excel, Word, PPT)
- People with MSW who have experience working in the fields of autism/Intellectual disabilities may also apply.
Roles and Responsibilities:
The incumbent would be responsible for designing and running various skill development programmes for adolescents and adults with autism and other intellectual disabilities, lead a team of professional teachers and special educators in implementing the programmes.
The incumbent will be required to provide inputs and interact with various stakeholders- parents, donors, other NGOs in sharing the work of the Foundation.
Remuneration: The compensation package would be in the range of Rs.5 to 7 lakhs per annum, depending on the experience and profile of the candidate.
