Position: Program Director, Administrator (Trainee & Academics), Faculty

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Suitable qualification in relevant discipline, though Masters or advanced degree is preferred
Experience: 
— Previous experience of having part in senior level management team in medium size national level NGO’s / academia / social development organizations at least for a period of 5 years.

Skills required:
— Skilled at building strong relationships and networks with a wide range of stakeholders.
— Strong understanding of own strengths and weakness, accepting the weakness and taking support from team to leverage their strengths and eradicate the  weakness.
— Creating and achieving operational objectives with attention to details and target oriented.
— A strong understanding of vocational training and skills development practices in India.

Various Roles and Responsibilities:

Program Director
Job Summary: Oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the program including planning, organizing, staffing, leading, and controlling program activities ensuring productivity, quality, and efficient stakeholder management; identifying trends; and implementing change.

Trainee Administrator
Job Summary: Planning and execution of trainee recruitment and placement activities, utilizing digital, social media and other sourcing channels to source trainees and placement of successful trainees.

Academics Administrator
Job Summary: Responsible for the instructional excellence and leadership of the Program through creation and effective delivery of curriculum, integration of technology, performance of assessment, coaching and train the trainers

Faculty Positions
Job Summary: Imparting task oriented curriculum with specific learning objectives in Accounting and Administrative Assistant functions at specified centers in Hyderabad. Teaching modules includes Basic Accounting; Accounting Software functions; Computer literacy; Administrative functions; and soft skills. These positions are both full time as well as part-time (7-9 am and 6-8 pm Monday to Saturday). Candidates with at least 2 years teaching experience in relevant domains and practicing Chartered Accountants are preferred for these positions.
