Educational Qualification: Graduate or MBA
Experience: 3-7 Year experience in Skill Development
Skills required: Candidates should have good knowledge of DDU GKY Project
Job Overview: This position would expect handling of all centers in the state by the candidate.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Revenue generation for the given Center, as per business plan
- Responsible for monitoring operating and capital expenditure of the Center
- Preparing and managing budgets for the Center
- Receivable management
- Monitoring, evaluating and reporting on Center activities as per specifications
- Running the Skill Development Center within project timelines and budgets
- Mobilize and enrol students for the skill training programs as per the targets for 100% capacity utilization of the Center
- Selection of franchisee /service provider, handholding and monitoring them and ensuring service delivery
- Identifying and managing risk within the operational activities of Center
- Inspiring, leading and managing teams effectively
- Network with local NGOs’ and government officials.
- Maintaining accounting standards in Center and ensure 100% compliance in the region
- Liaise with local government authorities / market partners and adhere to the commitments as per the MOU of respective project.
- Co-ordinate with internal team in developing new local area partnerships for placements and market linkages.
