Recruitment : National Skill Development Corporation looking intends to recruit full time Head Admin for its head quarters based at New Delhi

New Delhi : The National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) is a one-of-its-kind, Public Private Partnership (PPP) model in India, under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE). It aims to promote skill development by catalyzing creation of large, quality and for-profit vocational institutions. A not-for-profit company set up by the Ministry of Finance, under Section 25 of the Companies Act.

NSDC provides funding to build scalable and profitable vocational training initiatives. Its mandate is also to enable support system which focuses on quality assurance, information systems and train the trainer academies either directly or through partnerships. NSDC acts as a catalyst in skill development by providing funding to enterprises, companies and organizations that provide skill training. It will also develop appropriate models to enhance, support and coordinate private sector initiatives.

Job Summary:

This job is responsible for overall administration and support for the business

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create SOPs and SPMDs for administrative operations and provide support to other divisions as per published SLA
  • Deal with travel and transportation management for providing service in a cost effective manner
  • Oversee security of the premises, assets and employees in order to ensure comfortable and safe working conditions
  • Identify opportunities for automation in the company in order to increase efficiency and scalability
  • Engage in processing of information through computers to support managerial decisions
  • Attend to day to day operations in order to improve them for efficient business operations
  • Research and draft administration policies for the company and ensure that they are followed
  • Tie up with strategic vendors to deliver high value and ease of doing business to stakeholders across the organization.
  • Monitor and control costs for administration related purchases

Qualification & Experience : MBA with 12-15 years of relevant experience

Skills Required : Administration and coordination skills, understanding of travel business, cost control measures and procurement
