Experience: 1 year-6 years
Past experience : The incumbent should have worked with Big 4 or any management consulting firm of repute; or with a prominent training service provider & assessor; or with the State Skills Missions.
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate/PG with relevant work experience.
Job Role:
– The incumbent will work with the Social Sector practice on design and implementation support to some of the large skill development programs in the country.
– The incumbent will be based out of project locations within the country; and would support the larger Program Management Team working on the skills agenda with the State Skills Mission, MoSDE and other prominent stakeholders in the skill ecosystem
– The incumbent is expected to anchor technical modules on the engagement with minimal senior oversight
– The incumbent is also expected to contribute on business development activities of the SBU
Skills Required:
– The incumbent should have hands on experience in managing large skill development schemes in the country such as DDU-GKY, STEP-UP, NSDC schemes amongst others
– The incumbent should be very well versed on technical aspects of skilling like NSQF alignment, QP development, skill gap studies, technical details on training schemes, common cost norms
– The incumbent should have excellent verbal and written communication skills
