Position: Training Officer
Location: Jaipur
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
Educational Qualification: Master degree in a relevant discipline e.g., Social Work, Sociology or equivalent, diploma in training and development will be an advantage
Experience:
— 5 years of work experience related to Social Development Sector especially in the field of Child Welfare/Child Protection.
— Experience in training and development field
Skills required:
— Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to work under supervision as well as independently, handle a variety of concurrent activities, rank priorities, organize work efficiently, and deliver assignments in a timely manner often under time constraints
— Ability to communicate effectively, in writing and orally, in English as well in Hindi
— Computer skills in MS Office
— Strong analytical and practical problem-solving skills
— Strong liaison and advocacy skill
— Good presentation & writing Skills
— Willing to Travel
Position Overview:
Under the direct guidance and supervision of the Project Director, the Training Officer will be responsible for conducting training, workshop, and other Research & Development activities, assigned by the Project Director and Project Officer.
Role and Responsibilities:
— Conducting Trainings, workshop, seminars
— Developing Training Material
— Liaison & advocacy
— Close coordination with project officer
— Working with different stakeholders , Government departments and conducting training, lectures
— Documentation and Reporting
— Assisting Consultants and other team members
Remuneration: 20,000/month
